Management Sciences for Health (MSH)
Because we are the only organization to be awarded leadership of both the AIDSTAR I and II teams, MSH and our AIDSTAR partners can provide a seamless continuum of services – a complete, comprehensive package of HIV/AIDS assistance to advance the PEPFAR mission.
All members of the MSH team are highly respected for their successful work in the global AIDS community. We share a common goal: preventing and treating HIV/AIDS and caring for people around the world on whom the disease has taken its toll.
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) has 35 years experience improving health services in more than 100 countries. MSH works collaboratively with health care policymakers, managers, providers, and consumers in both the public and private sectors to provide expertise in health care financing, health policy, and system reform; information management; reproductive, maternal, and child health services; pharmaceutical and commodities supply management; infectious disease control; and management and leadership.
AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is the largest nonprofit provider of HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, treatment, and care services in the United States. Since 2001, AHF has been involved in the launch and scale up of comprehensive ART programs in developing countries, providing direct services with partners or offering technical assistance and training.
Boston University’s Center for International Health and Development (CIHD) conducts policy- and program-relevant applied research and evaluation studies that analyze health issues from clinical, social development, and economic perspectives. CIHD faculty work with developing country scientists to build research and institutional capacities overseas, including courses on international public health and applied research methods.
Howard Delafield International (HDI), LLP, is a small women-owned international marketing and communications consulting firm. HDI's international health expertise is primarily in the fields of HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, family planning, child survival, primary health care, and environmental health and sanitation. HDI also has experience in engaging the private sector to help scale up USAID initiatives.
Initiatives Inc. is a small women-owned business working to assist governments and NGOs in more than 40 countries to strengthen health services, primarily in Africa, Asia, and the Near East. Initiatives’ approach to quality management and workforce development aims to improve the managerial and technical capacity of in-country health professionals in planning, implementing, and sustaining effective primary health care and HIV/AIDS services.
IMA World Health (IMAWH) is a faith-based NGO, focusing on the strengthening of national health care systems in Africa and the delivery of primary health care services; provision of technical assistance to HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs; elimination of neglected tropical diseases; capacity-building of faith-based health networks; and procurement and shipment of medicines, medical supplies, and medical donations to support overseas relief and development programs.
International Centre for Migration and Health (ICMH) is focused on research, training, and policy in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, maternal and child health, and psychosocial well-being. ICMH has developed major initiatives with national governments, UN agencies, and other NGOs in each of these areas.
Save the Children Federation, Inc. (SC/USA) provides development and humanitarian assistance around the world. SC/USA brings strong management and innovative strategies to programs in HIV/AIDS, education, health, economic development, hunger and malnutrition, children in crisis, and emergency response in order to achieve its mission.
The World Conference of Religions for Peace (WCRP) supports and strengthens its network of inter-religious bodies in 70 countries to transform violent conflict, promote just and harmonious societies, advance human development, and protect the earth. WCRP focuses on capacity-building and training and technical assistance with affiliates engaged around HIV/AIDS.
