The TRG consortium provides a resource for state-of-the-art technical expertise and support for expanded and improved HIV/AIDS capacity building activities at the community, district, or national levels of a country’s health system, as well as through other HIV/AIDS-related sectors. The TRG Team is considered a small business under USAID procurement regulation.
