- Emerging Markets Group is a leader in building stronger, more sustainable, and responsive health systems. EMG has a pioneering history of supporting USAID's private sector initiatives in health, having led the PROFIT and Commercial Market Strategies Projects (as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Emerging Markets, Ltd.). EMG provides private sector solutions to strengthen institutions, build human capacity, implement public-private partnerships, and design innovative financing mechanisms.
- Africare is a recognized leader among private, charitable U.S. organizations providing assistance to Africa, with a broad network of field offices addressing HIV/AIDS, FP/RH, maternal and child health, democracy and governance, orphans and vulnerable children, humanitarian assistance, and food security.
- American International Health Alliance (AIHA) has extensive experience implementing sustainable partnership interventions and twinning models in the areas of hospital-based clinical services, primary healthcare and family medicine, women's health, infection control, chronic disease management, and healthcare management.
- BroadReach Healthcare is a small business dedicated to expanding access to high quality healthcare services, particularly in the establishment of large scale antiretroviral treatment programs for HIV/AIDS patients and in the management of infectious diseases.

- Pathfinder International, with nearly 50 years of experience, is recognized as a leader in the implementation of innovative and sustainable service delivery interventions in reproductive health, family planning, postabortion care, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS.
