About the RTI International TASC3 Team

The RTI International team offers USAID Missions extensive worldwide experience in global health and high-quality technical leadership over the full range of skills requested in the scope of work of this contract is covered including reproductive health, maternal and child health, nutrition, and infectious diseases.

RTI's TASC3 team brings decades of outstanding performance, strong commitment, and a worldwide reputation for implementing evidence-based and data-driven programs. Each partner brings strong core capabilities and has successfully implemented worldwide programs for USAID's Global Health Bureau and many USAID missions. We have strong geographic expertise in all USAID regions, in over 100 countries.

As team leader, RTI is well known for objectivity, responsiveness and collaboration — all qualities that distinguish it as a valuable resource for USAID. RTI has vast experience in managing task order IQC-type contracts and providing multidisciplinary services in health, education and local governance, policy, health reform and finance, systems strengthening, clinical and applied research, information technology, evaluation, modeling, survey and statistics, and HIV/AIDS and infectious disease.

The RTI team is comprised of:

  • RTI International's (RTI) international health focus spans health systems, health finance and health governance; infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS, malaria and neglected tropical diseases; reproductive health/family planning; maternal and child health; and environmental health.

  • Cambridge Consulting Corporation (CCC) is a small business firm specializing in health policy reform and health systems strengthening.

  • IntraHealth builds capacity of government and private-sector health systems to manage their health workforce. IntraHealth specializes in reproductive health/family planning, maternal and child health, safe motherhood, and HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases.

  • Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health (LATH) is a subsidiary of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) and specializes in health systems strengthening, health program management, and training in international health.

  • Population Services International (PSI) works through markets in developing countries to save lives, one consumer at a time. Through its social marketing and social franchising programs in over 65 countries, PSI distributes affordable, accessible, and attractive health products and services to at risk populations.

  • Project Concern International (PCI) has extensive experience in carrying out community-based and integrated health, nutrition, and infectious disease programming.

  • Save the Children International is a pre-eminent provider of development and humanitarian assistance around the world. SC brings strong management and innovative strategies to programs in health, HIV/AIDS, education, children in crisis, economic opportunities, food security, and emergency response.

The RTI team also includes a pool of specialized small business firms, research groups, and private volunteer organizations. These groups are: Charles Kendall & Partners Ltd. (CKP), International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), Minnesota International Health Volunteers (MIVH), and Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth).
